Hidden away at the feet of the Swabian Alb is an architectural and gastronomic treasure: Art Hotel Billie Strauss. The ensemble is a symbiosis of the last three centuries architecture featuring competition among the past, the present and the future. The Iraqui-Britisch architect Zahra M. Hadid has created an avant-garde residential sculpture that links the 320-year-old former city hall and present wine tavern to the adjacent farmer house and an art gallery. There, artists such as Robert Zielasco, Wolfgang Sinwel (both Vienna, Austria), Gerhard Sauter (Karlsruhe, Germany) and Horst Kohlem (Miami) exhibit their works. Business hours of reception:
